Scenic space - Technical data

Scenic space:
o 10 m wide x 10 m depth x 6 m height minimum. (Free of obstacles)
o Plain floor without inclination and made of cement or similar, without sand or grass.
o Direct access from the vehicle until the performance space.

The company provides with:
o The scenery, black camera, sound, structure of the aerials, attrezzo and performance material.
o The structure of the aerials is independent, there is no need of drilling the floor.
o Sound equipment 1500 W
o Assembly 3h / Dismantle 2h.

The organization will provide with:
o A person assign by the Organization, since the arrival of the company until leaving.
o Connection to power supply Shucko: 220 V, 16 A, for 1500 W, protected wire (ground, thermic magnet and differential amplifier).
The electrical installation must be done by a qualified electrician.
o 6 security fences.
o Backstage with toilets, mirrors and running water.
o Mineral water ( three big plastic bottles)
o It is necessary to have chairs enough to fix the public up. We recommend to leave an empty space in front of the chairs so the children can sit in the floor.

We recommend:
o When the show takes place in the open air, we think it is really important that the organization takes into account the public's comfort, the visibility, avoid the places where there is traffic noise, try to have space enough and chairs enough for everybody. Try to have an alternative space in case it rains or the temperature drops drastically.

Others:
o When the show takes place during the midnight hours, the organization will provide with a good illumination equipment, machinery and fitters. ( Ask us for the technical data and the assembly preparation schedules for open air and interior shows). The company travels together with a Light technician. The Organization will pay for the allowance and the accommodation of this person.
